Buffet and Plated Meal Menu Options

Suggestions only, if you desire something different that you do not find on the menu list below please inquire.  



  • Grilled Chicken Breast:  Tender filet of chicken breast, doused with sauce of your choice
 
  • Grilled Bone in Chicken:   Served in half or quarter chicken sections             
 
  • Chicken Supreme:  Baked chicken breast topped with French onion served in a cream of celery and mushroom sauce topped with cheese.
 
  • Grilled Tenderloin:  Marinated whole grilled tenderloin, sliced in medallions

  • Baked Lasagna:  Lasagna topped with homemade meat sauce layered with   a variety of cheeses
 
  • Baked Spaghetti:  Spaghetti with homemade meat sauce topped with a variety of cheeses
 
  • Meat Loaf:  Prime beef mixed with peppers, onions and spices topped with a tomato sauce
 
  • Country Style Pork Steak:  Tenderized flour battered pork steak filets baked in brown onion gravy, onions may be omitted
 
  • Baked Ham:  Boneless tender ham sliced, served with sliced pineapple   

  • Roasted Pork Loin:  Tender pork loin roasted, served with pan gravy   
    
              
  • Pork Tenderloin in gravy:  Tender fried tenderloin, simmered in a brown gravy
 
  • Grilled Bone in or out Pork chops:  Thick sliced pork chops grilled to perfection doused with preferred sauce
 
  • Shrimp and Grits:  Creamy cheesy grits topped with Cajun seasoned shrimp
 
  • Penne Pasta:  Served in homemade meat or Alfredo sauce, grilled chicken can be added
 
  •     Beef Tenderloin:  Tender filet of beef roasted until medium temperature
 
  •  Roasted Rib Eye Roast
   
  • House Made Crab Cakes  
 
  • Chicken Monterrey: Italian and BBQ Marinated Chicken Breast grilled, then topped with Monterrey Jack Cheese.
 
  • Steak Tips:  Sauteed choice beef , with assorted peppers, onions and mushrooms.  Served with a brown gravy option.
