If you have a special food that your would like to create a focus on, it may be possible to create it into a station so please inquire:


Meat Carving Station:  Choose One or Two Meats


  • Baked Ham

  • Herb Encrusted Beef Roast

Served with assorted rolls and croissants; accompanying sauces and spreads.

Served with toasted Pita Points, Crackers and Artisan Chips.


Shrimp and Grits

Creamy Cheese Grits topped with Spicy Shrimp. Served in individual servings, with select garnishments.  

Potato Bar:

Homemade Mashed Potatoes served in individual glasses.  Toppings include but not limited too:  Cheese, Bacon, Butter, Sour Cream, Chives.  Mashed Sweet Potatoes may be added also. 


Fresh Fried Tater Tot Bar:

Fried Tater tots served in individual portions.  Topping choices: Melted cheddar cheese, Shredded Cheese, Bacon, Chives, Sour Cream and Ketchup.
